A Receptionist is required for this luxury hotel located in Hertfordshire. The hotel is lavishly designed and has plush, individually designed bedrooms and an award‑winning fine dining restaurant. They are currently looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join their welcoming front‑of‑house team. The hotel has a real warmth about it with open fires and cosy lounges providing beautiful views of the local countryside.

As Receptionist you will:

• Have held a similar role within a high‑level hotel, preferably to at least 4 or 5 Star standard
• Be involved with all day‑to‑day reception duties
• Ensure the smooth running of the reception desk at all times, dealing with guest queries and requests efficiently
• Be highly organised with good communication skills, both face‑to‑face and over the phone
• Have a great personality to share a passion for the hospitality industry in delivering service with a smile
• Work in a busy environment that requires consistency in customer service, flexibility, and the ability to work well under pressure
