As a Venue Host at Cairn Group, you will be the face of our event space—welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, and ensuring every detail of their experience runs smoothly from start to finish. Your duties include reception responsibilities, guest liaison during meetings and events, creating and delivering welcome packs, checking in attendees, and providing responsive service throughout the day. You will also ensure the venue is set up to the highest standards, assist with opening and closing procedures, conduct regular cleanliness checks, and prepare accurate invoices to support financial transparency.
