Position: Night Auditor (KwaZulu-Natal )

ANEW Resort Vulintaba is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Night Auditor to join our hotel team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring accurate reporting, and providing exceptional guest service.

The ideal candidate must be reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently while maintaining high service standards. Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and previous front office experience will be advantageous.

The successful candidate will be based at Kwa Zulu-Natal, Newcastle.

Role Purpose

Manage overnight hotel operations while ensuring accurate financial reconciliation and exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities Financial Reconciliation
  • Audit daily revenue and transactions
  • Balance department accounts
  • Process F&B cash-ups
  • Verify room revenues
  • Check billing accuracy
  • Process rate allocations
  • Generate audit reports
  • Complete system closeouts
Overnight Operations
  • Manage guest services
  • Handle check-ins/outs
