The housekeeper will promote a positive image of the property to guests, and must be pleasant, friendly and able to address problems or special requests. The Housekeeper must understand his/her role as brand ambassador and provide positive brand experiences to all customers.
Job Requirements- No education required, we will train one on one

- Clean a set amount of guest bedrooms / public areas according to Sandman Hotels standards
- Maintains an up‑to‑date knowledge of all chemicals and cleaning products, and the correct handling procedures
- Responds to guests and staff inquiries, requests and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner
- Ensures all lost property items is handled in line with company policy.
- Ensures all maintenance and safety hazards are promptly reported to the Supervisor/Manager to minimize hazard risk
- Takes personal responsibility for equipment, ensuring it is operated correctly and secure at all times
- Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests
- Perform Laundry tasks when necessary, including collect, sort, transport laundry at the beginning of each shift.
- Stock linen supply room with clean linens for use for next day.
- Perform Linen Porter duties if required.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by Housekeeping supervisor.
- Excellent customer relations.
- Must have time‑management skills.
- Adaptable to change and be able to handle multiple priorities under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
