We’re on the lookout for a talented and passionate
Chef
to join our team in a
roving role
, working across our five exceptional kitchens under the guidance of our Executive Chefs. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience across a variety of venues, support different teams, and continue developing your culinary skills.
You’ll be based within our group of award-winning sites across Cheshire and The Wirral, supporting kitchens as needed — so flexibility and a love for variety are key! Our five sites are, The Grosvenor Pulford Hotel & Spa, The Pheasant Inn (Tattenhall), The Fishpool Inn (Delemere), The Bears Paw (Warmingham) & The Manor in Greasby (Wirral).

We’re seeking someone who is driven, creative, and has a genuine passion for delivering high-quality, fresh food. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy trying new ideas, and work well under pressure.
You’ll bring:- Expereince within a similar role
- A passion for great food and innovation in the kitchen
- Ambition – both for yourself and the team
- A desire to develop your skills and soak up knowledge
- The ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- A flair for creativity and the confidence to try new concepts
- The ability to inspire junior chefs and apprentices
- Experience in a rosette-standard kitchen is a bonus, but not essential
As this is a roving role, you’ll need:
- A
valid driver’s licence - Access to your own
reliable transport - Availability for regular
evening, weekend, and bank holiday shifts
