Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Full Circle Brew Co is seeking a Duty Manager to report to the Bar Manager and stand as the senior on shift when the manager is off-site. You will ensure the smooth running of the venue in Newcastle City Centre, maintaining premium service standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
You will lead bar staff, handle cash and licensing responsibilities, and support training while upholding licensing laws and responsible alcohol service.
