Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
IBIS London City Shoreditch is seeking a part-time Receptionist to warmly welcome guests, manage front desk duties, and support the F&B team as needed. The role focuses on guest satisfaction, clear communication, and efficient lobby operations in a fast-paced hotel environment.
The position is part-time (23.4 hours/week) with a permanent contract. Fluency in English and strong customer service skills are essential for delivering memorable guest experiences.
