Cairn Group is seeking a Night Manager to lead overnight operations, ensuring a smooth, secure, and welcoming experience for guests. You will oversee front-of-house during the night shift, check guests in, manage reservation changes, and resolve guest queries with professionalism.
You will perform security checks, handle basic cleaning and laundry, supervise meeting room setup, manage cash and card transactions, reconcile accounts, and ensure a precise handover to the morning team.
