AtHoar Cross Hall, we pride ourselves on providing incredible service and amemorable experience for every single guest. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Head Bartender to join our award-winning team and contribute to our continued success.

As Head Bartender, you will play a key role overseeing all aspects of the operations ofour bars which includes crafting unique drink menus for our guests to enjoy,managing the bar staff and stock levels, and ensuring our high levels ofservice are maintained.

• Developing and curating an exciting and innovative drink menu that reflects current trendsand appeals to our diverse clientele
• Providing guests with a personalised service, recommend drink selections, and ensure amemorable experience
• Monitoring and managing stock levels, order supplies, and reduce wastage to maintain cost efficiency
• Developing and preparing high-quality cocktails, including the creation of prebatcheddrinks, house-made syrups, infusions, and garnishes
• Overseeing the cleanliness, organis ation, and safety of the bar area. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol regulations
• Leading and motivating the bar staff, ensuring a cohesive and efficient team. Provide training and mentorship to ensure all staff meet the high standards expected
• Overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of the bar's cellar, ensuring optimal storage conditions for all beverages. This includes changing barrels pipe cleaning

• Have previous experience in a supervisory role within the bar or hospitality industry
• Have extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and beers
• Have excellent leadership and communication skills
• Havethe ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Have experience with large volume covers
• Havefood Safety Training
• Have knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service

• Full-time contract
• 37.5 hoursper week, working 5 out of 7 days
• Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary tomeet the needs of the team and the business such as working evenings, weekends,and Bank Holidays
