This is the role for people who are looking to build their career in hospitality, who spot problems before they happen, who take real pride in running a great shift.. As a Supervisor at Rudy's, you'll own sections of the floor, support the management team, and help create the kind of experience that our customers love.

Your day-to-day

Running sections of the floor and supporting the management team during service
Leading by example - the team looks to you when things get busy
Coaching and motivating floor staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Taking on opening and closing responsibilities as needed
Handling guest feedback in the moment
Keeping standards high across service, hygiene, and presentation
Supporting with training and onboarding of new team members

What Rudy's Need's

Experience in a similar supervisory or senior team member role in hospitality
A confident, calm presence on a busy floor
Natural communication skills and a genuine care for the guest experience
Someone who leads with energy and earns the team's trust
Awareness of basic shift management
Ambition to develop - the Supervisor role is a real launchpad at Rudy's
