SSP Starbucks at Newcastle International Airport is seeking a Duty Manager for early shifts, starting at 3am and working across weekdays, weekends, and holidays. You will lead teams, maintain high service levels, and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Applicants should have 5 years of references and a clear Criminal Record Check, and must be 18 or over for specific tasks. Previous leadership in hospitality or retail is preferred, with a focus on guest satisfaction
