Dakota Newcastle is seeking a reservations and events coordinator to deliver exceptional guest service for all bookings. You will manage enquiries, secure contracts and deposits, and be the main point of contact for guests.
From planning through delivery, you will coordinate with the F&B Manager and Head Chef, prepare function sheets, and hand over event requirements to the operations team. You will upsell Dakota experiences, attend weddings and VIP events, and assist on the floor when not
