An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate General Manager to take the reins of a stunning high volume multi-faceted food-led pub with numerous bedrooms in a beautiful part of the North East

As General Manager, you'll bring energy, personality and a genuine passion for hospitality, leading from the front and ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience.

You'll take full responsibility for both the operational and commercial performance of the business while developing and inspiring your team to achieve their full potential.

• Maintaining strong controls and ensuring company procedures are consistently followed.

• Building and retaining a successful team within a location that can experience seasonal trading patterns.

We're looking for a hands-on General Manager with a passion for great food, drink and hospitality & who has a strong commercial track record of driving sales & revenue in a busy environment with a focus on exceptional service & a great uest experience.

You will ideally have:

• Previous General Manager experience within a very high-volume, quality-led hospitality business.
• A proven track record of leading, motivating and developing successful teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, labour costs and P&Ls.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Experience recruiting and retaining talent within a destination or seasonal business.
• Bedroom experience would be preferable though not essential.
• A personal licence would be advantageous.
