• Handle room, dining, and special event reservations with flair and precision
• Be the conductor of communication

• Curate and coordinate bespoke experiences in our restaurant

• Assist with bookings for our Private Members Lounge

• Offer exceptional service before, during, and even after our guests’ stay, ensuring every detail is dressed to the nines.
• Assisting Reception when needed in the busier periods to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.

About You:

You’re a born host – smooth-talking, quick-thinking, and impeccably organised. You thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑end environment and bring the sparkle of sophistication to every interaction.

• Experience in hospitality preferred
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• A love for luxury, theatre, and the golden age of hospitality
