Joiner, Building Maintenance

Position: Joiner (Permanent)
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management.

We are recruiting an experienced Joiner to join the team located in Newcastle!

The Role:

Carry out repairs to doors, windows, frames, skirting boards, architraves, and other wooden fixtures.
Repair or replace damaged furniture, including desks, chairs, and cabinets.
Address issues with wooden flooring, including repairs, patching, and minor installations.
Maintain and repair wooden structures, such as fences, gates, and decking.
Respond to reactive maintenance requests and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks.
Troubleshoot and resolve joinery-related problem
Keep in line with H&S procedures.

Working Hours

8am - 5pm
Monday to Friday
Overtime available!

Experience

Required:

Knowledge of joinery repairs
Recognised City and Guilds in Carpentry and Joinery qualification or equivalent
A good attitude & willingness to learn is essential.
