Do you have a knack for taking things apart, figuring out how they work, and putting them back together? Perhaps you currently repair slot machines, domestic appliances, or coffee machines, but you’re looking for a career with more "bite" and better long-term prospects?

We are recruiting for a busy, rapidly growing maintenance team in the North East, and we are looking for a Maintenance Technician who wants to stop just "fixing stuff" and start building a professional career.

The Opportunity

We don't need you to have a wall full of certificates. What we need is mechanical aptitude, a great work ethic, and a problem-solving mindset.

In exchange, we will invest in your development. We will provide the mentorship and formal training required to help you become a fully qualified Commercial Catering (COMCAT) Engineer.

The Role

Joining our mobile team, you will travel across the North East region, supporting our clients in the hospitality, leisure, and commercial sectors.

* Fixing a Wide Range:
You’ll start by assisting with repairs on everything from commercial dishwashers and ovens to specialized leisure equipment.

* Learning the Trade:
You’ll shadow our senior engineers, learning the ins and outs of commercial kitchens and gas safety.

* The Mobile Life:
You’ll manage your own day via a company PDA, visiting different sites and meeting different challenges every day.

* The Path to

Qualification:

We will put you through your formal Gas and Electrical modules to get you "ticketed" and increase your earning potential.

What are we looking for?

* Hands-on

Experience:

You might come from a background in slot machine repair, white goods, vending machines, or general M&E maintenance.

* The "Fixer" Mindset:
You enjoy the challenge of a fault-finding mission.

* Local Knowledge:
You are based in the North East and hold a full UK Driving License.

* Customer Face:
You are professional, polite, and comfortable talking to site managers and business owners.
