Field Service Technician + Workshop Leading Hand

CEA is looking for a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician as well as a Workshop Leading Hand to join our team based in Wingfield.

• Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and fault‑finding on a variety of machines.
• Carry out scheduled maintenance and major repairs both in the field and in our workshop.
• Ensure all service work is completed safely, accurately, and on time.
• Service equipment covered under warranty following manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain accurate service records and complete all relevant documentation.
• Adhere to company and industry OH&S standards at all times.

• A trade‑qualified technician (Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or similar).
• Proven experience working with earthmoving or construction equipment.
• Strong mechanical and hydraulic diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Self‑motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A commitment to safety and following company procedures.
• Reliable, honest, and safety‑focused team player.
• Current and valid driver’s licence.
