Client: Facilities Services
Engagement: Contract | Day Rate
Payment: CIS preferred
Notice: Minimum 30 days
Location: On site only
What you'll be doing- Planned carpentry and locksmith project works
- Door, frame, and lock repairs and replacements
- Installation and maintenance of secure doors, ironmongery, and locking systems
- Emergency and reactive maintenance as required
- Supporting refurbishment and upgrade projects
- Working within strict safety and security procedures
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent)
- Proven locksmith experience (commercial/secure environments preferred)
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety
- Ability to work methodically in secure environments
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Have quieter periods between contracts
- Want predictable, pre-planned work
- Don't want to chase multiple agencies
