At OHM Energy, we’re growing fast and need a qualified electrician like you to help install the clean energy systems of tomorrow, today. You’ll get a solid, full-time role with plenty of support, training if needed, and the chance to grow your skills in a future-proof industry.

You’ll be installing Solar PV systems, battery storage units, and EV chargers—mainly in residential homes with the occasional commercial job. You'll work across the South East, getting the satisfaction of a clean, safe install done right, every time.

• Plan ahead by reviewing site info before you arrive—so you’re always ready
• Stay hands‑on installing AC & DC systems with the latest kit and tools
• Get variety with occasional roof work and a mix of property types
• Test and commission systems—see your work in action and know it’s spot on
• Keep things smooth by reporting issues early and avoiding delays
• Be part of a team where everyone pitches in and looks after each other
• Take pride in leaving the site clean and the customer smiling

You’ll need:

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) as a qualified electrician
• At least 1 year of hands‑on Solar PV installation experience
• A full UK driving licence
• Confidence reading schematics and solving problems on the go

Bonus points if you have:

• 18th Edition (ideally with Amendment
  2)
• C&G 2391 (Testing & Inspection)
• Experience with batteries or EV chargers
• ECS/CSCS card
