Plumber; Responsive Repairs

Plumber – Site based covering Dorset and Somerset region. Standard hours Monday–Friday 39 hours plus out of hours on call.

• Previous experience working as a dedicated domestic plumber, including replacing sanitaryware, toilets, baths, shower trays, basins, refurbishment of shower heads and taps, and repairs of water mains supplies, soil stacks and drainage – ideally within social housing, tenanted properties.
• Maintenance and repair of hot water systems, cold water storage tank maintenance and renewal.
• Responsive repairs call‑out on domestic properties – assessment of works required, identifying solutions and carrying out repairs.
• Working from job tickets or a handheld device daily, trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively.
• Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes.
• Following Novus’ exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards.

• Qualified to NVQ Level 2 Plumbing.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.
• This role requires a DBS check.
