Electrician

If you're an experienced Electrician with a valid IPAF ticket and you're looking for a solid run of work in the heart of Newcastle, this role offers stability, overtime, and the chance to work on a major commercial new‑build project.

We are recruiting for a skilled Electrician to join a busy commercial site in Newcastle City Centre, working on the installation phase of a new‑build office development. This is a long‑term contract with consistent hours and regular overtime available.

You'll be working as part of an established electrical team, carrying out a range of installation tasks including containment, wiring, lighting, and associated commercial fit‑out duties. The site is well‑organised, safety‑focused, and offers ongoing work for reliable tradespeople.

• Installing commercial containment systems
• First and second fix electrical work
• Working at height using IPAF equipment
• Supporting the wider electrical team with site progress
• Ensuring all work meets safety and compliance standards

• Valid JIB AND IPAF
• Proven experience on commercial or new‑build projects
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work overtime as required
