THE ROLE
As a Panel Beater / Panel Technician, you will play a key role in restoring accident-damaged vehicles to manufacturer and industry standards, ensuring all repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
· Carrying out panel repairs on a wide range of vehicles
· Removing and replacing damaged body panels
· Straightening and realigning vehicle bodywork using specialist equipment
· Repairing dents, creases, and structural damage
· Preparing repaired panels for the paint process
· Working to manufacturer repair methods and safety standards
· Ensuring repairs are completed within agreed timescales
· Collaborating with colleagues across the Bodyshop to achieve efficient vehicle turnaround
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will have previous Bodyshop experience and a strong understanding of vehicle repair techniques, with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship.
· Previous experience as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician or Body Repair Technician
· Experience with in an accident repair centre or Bodyshop environment
· Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair methods
· Ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards
· Excellent attention to detail
· Good problem-solving and organisational skills
· Positive attitude and strong team-working abilities
· Full UK Driving Licence preferred
