Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Chaseways is seeking a skilled Maintenance Operative to provide a comprehensive maintenance and repair service across care homes in Herefordshire and Essex. You will work 40 hours a week, travel to other sites and be on call for emergencies as needed.
The role involves basic joinery, plumbing, painting and general building work, maintaining plant and vehicles, and carrying out day-to-day compliance tasks with DBS checks and a team-focused approach.
