Realistic Annual Earnings of £38,000 - £52,500 (Depending on Experience, Qualifications & Bonus Structure)
Hours:
Choose 40 Hours Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:00pm) plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:30am - 12:30pm) or a Fixed 4-Day Working Week (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday, 42 Hours)

THE ROLE
As a Service & Preparation Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and vehicle preparation to the highest manufacturer standards while ensuring every vehicle is ready for customer handover.
Key responsibilities include:
Carrying out vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair work
Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
Completing vehicle preparation to manufacturer standards
Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality
Maintaining accurate service and repair documentation
Working collaboratively with the workshop team to maximise productivity
Delivering outstanding workmanship and attention to detail
Participating in ongoing manufacturer training to develop your technical skills
ABOUT YOU
We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
Automotive City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 qualification (essential)
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic
Strong technical knowledge and diagnostic abilities
A commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
A proactive attitude and willingness to continue learning
The ability to work effectively within a busy workshop environment
Full UK Manual Driving Licence
