Electrician

• Carrying out electrical repairs, upgrades, and installations in domestic properties
• Completing work such as rewiring, fault finding, consumer unit upgrades, and emergency lighting
• Conducting inspections, testing, and completing compliance certifications
• Working to specifications and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements
• Collaborating with supervisors, schedulers, and wider teams to meet deadlines
• Recording work activity and completing required documentation

• A structured schedule covering repairs and maintenance work
• Travelling between jobs in your company van
• Working independently or with a team of other tradespeople
• Engaging directly with Customers in their homes
• Completing work efficiently while maintaining quality and compliance standards

You will be working across:

• Occupied homes
• Empty (void) properties
• A range of domestic properties within your local area
• Environments involving vulnerable Customers

• NVQ, SVQ or City and Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation with AM2 and 18th Edition
• Experience working as an Electrician, ideally within social housing or domestic properties
• Full UK driving licence
• Due to the area this patch covers you will need to be based within the advertised postcode

• Inspection and testing qualification such as City and Guilds 2391
• Experience working across multiple types of electrical work
