- Carrying out electrical repairs, upgrades, and installations in domestic properties
- Completing work such as rewiring, fault finding, consumer unit upgrades, and emergency lighting
- Conducting inspections, testing, and completing compliance certifications
- Working to specifications and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements
- Collaborating with supervisors, schedulers, and wider teams to meet deadlines
- Recording work activity and completing required documentation
- A structured schedule covering repairs and maintenance work
- Travelling between jobs in your company van
- Working independently or with a team of other tradespeople
- Engaging directly with Customers in their homes
- Completing work efficiently while maintaining quality and compliance standards
You will be working across:
- Occupied homes
- Empty (void) properties
- A range of domestic properties within your local area
- Environments involving vulnerable Customers
- NVQ, SVQ or City and Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation with AM2 and 18th Edition
- Experience working as an Electrician, ideally within social housing or domestic properties
- Full UK driving licence
- Due to the area this patch covers you will need to be based within the advertised postcode
- Inspection and testing qualification such as City and Guilds 2391
- Experience working across multiple types of electrical work
We're moving quickly and aim to interview as soon as possible for suitable candidates. If successful, when you join us you'll start an induction programme, which covers our systems, how we do things here and anything else you'll need to know.
