• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Fire Alarm Engineer
• Competent in installation, commissioning and maintenance of fire alarm systems
• Must be willing and able to stay away from home when required
• Coverage across England, Wales and Northern Ireland (Scotland not currently covered)
• Full UK driving licence required

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a buildings engineering role
• Solid M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) experience on commercial buildings essential
• Must hold demonstrable plumbing knowledge and hands‑on experience
• Must hold demonstrable electrical knowledge and hands‑on experience
• Full UK driving licence required

• Experienced carpenter with a strong background in kitchen installations
• Competent in small plastering works as part of a wider fit‑out
• Working knowledge of tiling, basic plumbing and basic electrics required
• Must be willing and able to stay away from home when required
• Coverage across England, Wales and Northern Ireland (Scotland not currently covered)
• Full UK driving licence required
