As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing our nationwide ATM network, ensuring maximum uptime and exceptional service for our customers.

Working independently in the field, you'll combine technical expertise with excellent customer service to deliver a first‑class experience.

• Carry out second‑line break‑fix repairs and preventative maintenance across our ATM estate, including Triton, NCR and Wincor machines
• Diagnose faults and resolve technical issues efficiently and safely
• Deliver high levels of customer service during every site visit
• Work closely with customers to minimise downtime and maintain service performance
• Accurately record repairs, parts usage, and service activity
• Complete quality checks to ensure repairs meet company standards
• Participate in ongoing technical and professional development training
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, health & safety standards, and security protocols
