E&I Approved Supervisor

Location: North East - sites from Kendal to Berwick

Rate: 27.85 p/h without EL6 29.03 p/h with EL6

Hours: Monday-Friday

HRGO Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced E&I Approved Supervisor to work across operational gas infrastructure sites throughout the North East.

We are looking for candidates with previous Northern Gas Networks (NGN) experience and the relevant electrical, hazardous area and client competencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and carry out E&I installation, maintenance, inspection and testing.
• Work on hazardous area, Ex and Intrinsically Safe systems.
• Carry out commissioning, fault finding and electrical isolations.
• Work within Permit to Work and safe systems of work.
• Complete technical documentation and inspection records.
• Supervise electrical activities and ensure work is completed safely and to client standards.

Essential Requirements

• Strong E&I experience within the gas transmission/distribution sector.
• Previous NGN experience.
• Experience as an E&I Approved Supervisor.
• Comp Ex Ex01-04.
• Comp Ex Ex05 & Ex06.
• EUSR, SCO Core and SCO
  91.
• 18th Edition and Inspection & Testing.
• Relevant client competency authorisations.
• Ability to work away Monday-Friday.

Desirable

• EL6 qualification - candidates holding EL6 will receive the higher rate of 29.03 p/h.
