Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
CBRE Group, Inc. in Newcastle is looking for an AC Engineer to maintain electrical and mechanical HVAC systems, including Trane units and split systems, ensuring client environments remain comfortable and efficient.
You will identify risks, support a preventative maintenance program, and liaise with the on-site supervisor and account manager. An on-call schedule applies after training, with a 8am–4:30pm weekday pattern.
