Nicholas Associates Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a major fire remediation and high-rise façade project in Durham. The role will require hands-on leadership to deliver the remediation package on time and to a high standard.
Responsibilities include managing cladding, weatherboard, rainscreen, EWI and render work, coordinating site logistics and subcontractor packages, and maintaining a safe, compliant site throughout the 30-week contract.
