Office Administrator/ Coordinator

What Drives Success- Provides general administrative support to the branch manager, exercises judgment in decision making, has knowledge of branch process and procedures and assist in the coordination and activities of employees engaged in maintaining, servicing and installing commercial HVAC equipment
- Schedules and coordinates service and maintenance calls for multiple service technicians.
- Dispatches service technicians on a daily schedule.
- Processes and bills completed service invoices.
- Orders parts as necessary and schedules return service calls.
- Quotes the customers on repairs as needed.
- Keeps customers updated on service calls through multiple websites and other tools.
- Provides maximum customer service, accurate communication, and courtesy to all co-workers, management and customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years experience in an administrative position or dispatch role preferred.
- HVAC industry or Service trade industry preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must be able to prioritize work, work on multiple tasks and maintain organization.
- Must be self‑directed, excellent customer service skills.
- Keen ability to organize and prioritize duties.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation
:
This is a salaried non‑exempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law). The starting salary range for this role and market is between $35,000 – $44,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Employees in this role are also eligible for bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
