We are seeking an experienced Superintendent I to lead field operations for interior finishes, amenity spaces, and courtyard scopes on a large commercial project. This role is hands‑on, highly collaborative, and focused on safety, quality, schedule, and subcontractor performance within assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities Safety & Compliance
  • Enforce site safety standards and OSHA/NFPA 241 compliance
  • Lead daily site walks, safety documentation, toolbox talks, and incident reporting
  • Coordinate JHAs, SOAP plans, inspections, and site security
Quality & Execution
  • Drive QA/QC plans, mockups, benchmarks, and inspections
  • Manage punch lists, deficiency logs, and closeout using Plan Grid
  • Verify layout, dimensions, and work‑in‑place against drawings and approved submittals
  • Ensure ADA, FHA, and accessibility compliance
Subcontractor & Field Management
  • Lead subcontractor pre‑mobilization and weekly coordination meetings
  • Monitor manpower, productivity, deliveries, logistics, and housekeeping

    Enforce subcontract scope, insurance, badge, and safety requirements
Scheduling & Documentation
  • Create and maintain weekly 3‑week look‑ahead schedules
  • Track delays, manpower impacts, and area‑specific milestones
  • Complete daily reports, photo documentation, RFIs, and shop drawing reviews in Procore
  • Foster a team‑first, high‑performance jobsite culture
  • Coordinate with project leadership, inspectors, and design teams
  • Mentor field staff and support training and professional development
Required Qualifications
  • Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent experience on commercial or multifamily projects
  • Strong background in interior finishes and amenity space construction
  • Working knowledge of safety, QA/QC, and construction scheduling
  • Proficiency with Procore, Plan Grid, and field documentation tools

Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements.
