The Newington Public Schools are seeking a Learning Tutor who, under the direction of a certified staff member, implements tiered intervention programs for individual and small groups of students with academic concerns under an SRBI model. The tutor supports lesson plans and works in classrooms from Preschool to Grade 12.
Applicants should hold a Bachelor's Degree and a valid Connecticut Teaching Certification, and demonstrate strong communication, organization, and ability to work independently
