Summary
The Parts Coordinator I is responsible for the oversight of parts ordering, receiving, cataloging, inventory and reconciliation of all parts at a single location. In addition, this position processes Purchase Orders (POs) and vendor payment requests, ensuring the right part is purchased from the right vendor and maintaining inventory levels to maximize customer uptime.

- Primary designee for conducting physical inventory, parts ordering, and receiving
- Processing of Purchase Orders and supplier invoices
- Ensuring parts received are properly recorded into inventory
- Overseeing parts obsolescence
- Shipping warranty and parts returns to vendors
- Maintaining parts room organization and cleanliness
- Contribute to cost containment through oversight and adherence to effective parts processes and policies as well as other functions as assigned
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Required)
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices
- Acute attention to detail and data entry accuracy (Required)
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills (Required)
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- 1 year or more in inventory and parts administration or clerical functions
- Preferred:
Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel (Intermediate proficiency) - Preferred:
No travel required
Hourly pay range: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour. Eligible for annual bonus, commission, and/or long‑term incentive plan based on level and type.
