Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement execution for assigned NSSS commodities or projects
- Ensure delivery of all PO scope including fabrication, testing, documentation, and shipment
- Guide adherence to project schedules, milestones, and commitments
- Provide regular status updates to partners
- Manage supplier delivery performance (schedule adherence, readiness)
- Lead supplier execution schedule including reviews and recovery planning
- Ensure supplier readiness and prioritization of critical deliveries
- Coordinate with SPE and Supplier Quality on oversight and issue resolution
- Manage procurement risks across suppliers and scope
- Guide mitigation and recovery plans
- Communicate risks affecting project delivery
- Support RFQ development, supplier selection, and ensure purchase requisitions are complete, aligned, and executable to support site execution
- Lead post-PO execution including kickoff, submittals, and manufacturing understanding
- Ensure completion of quality documentation and final delivery
- Support change management and PO adjustments
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or program management
- 5+ years of experience with procurement lifecycle and supplier execution
