Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer with strong expertise in design engineering and CNC programming to lead advanced manufacturing initiatives and support complex production programs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead design and development of complex mechanical components, tooling, and fixtures
- Create, optimize, and validate CNC programs for multi-axis milling and turning
- Define manufacturing processes, routing, cycle times, and work instructions
- Act as technical authority for machining methods, GD&T interpretation, and manufacturability
- Support NPI (New Product Introduction) from concept through production launch
- Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and quality issues on the shop floor
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for cost, quality, and throughput
- Collaborate with quality, production, and supply chain teams
- Mentor junior engineers and support technical skill development
