We have a live opportunity for CNCMachinist to join a leading Aerospace manufacturing company based close to Newington CT.

Due to growth our client is actively seeking motivated and enthusiastic CNC Machnist to join their industry leading business. The CNCMachinist will set and operate the companies vairety of CNC and manual machines.

• Independently set up and run proven machining operations without supervision
• Operate multiple machine types, including CNC machining centers, lathes, grinders, and manual machines
• Perform work across various machines in the shop, regardless of primary area of expertise
• Identify and implement improvements in tooling, cutting methods, and work processes
• Ensure high‑quality output by preventing defects and identifying non‑conformances in real time
• Communicate quality issues and recommend corrective actions to management
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, TPM, kaizen, and setup reduction projects

• Proven experience setting up and operating CNC machining equipment independently
• Experience working with multiple machine types (e.g., 3/4/5-axis machining centers, lathes, grinders, mill/turn machines)
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
• Experience maintaining tight tolerances and producing high‑precision components
• Knowledge of tooling selection, cutting methods, and machining best practices
• Experience identifying and resolving machining errors or non‑conformances
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., 5S, TPM, Kaizen)
• Experience working in a fast‑paced manufacturing or aerospace environment (preferred)

• Hours are: 1st shift = 7:00am - 3:30pm. 2nd shift 3:30pm-12:00 am. Both shifts are avlaiable.
• Pay ranges: $32.23ph - $35.53ph.
• 2nd shift icludes 11% Shift Differential.

This is a full‑time permanent position for the successful CNC Machinist.
