The OR Nurse functions as Circulator/Scrub Nurse in the Operating Room. Organizes and administers individualized, professional patient care. Provides nursing care in accordance with hospital objectives, policies, procedures and protocols, and AORN/ASPAN standards. Participates in patient teaching, incorporating patients’ specific age and cultural needs. Participates in quality improvement activities.

• Current CT RN License
• Prior relevant nursing experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Independent problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• CNOR certification a plus
