Interventional Nephrologist

Starling Physicians has a current opening for a Board Certified Interventional Nephrologist. The role is part of a robust nephrology division supported by two experienced Interventional Nephrologists and works alongside 20 total nephrology providers, including physicians and advanced practice clinicians, across 15+ dialysis units. The position offers a well‑organized rounding schedule, strong operational support, access to state‑of‑the‑art interventional facilities, and a dedicated procedural team in an integrated multispecialty environment with seamless referrals and shared EMR.

• Perform interventional nephrology procedures (e.g., vascular access management, fistulograms, thrombectomies, catheter placements)
• Provide inpatient and outpatient nephrology care
• Participate in dialysis rounding across assigned units
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Contribute to quality initiatives and program development

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Nephrology
• Fellowship training in Interventional Nephrology preferred
• Must be able to obtain Connecticut licensure before you begin practicing
