As a Cook, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills while providing delicious meals and snacks to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the preparation of meals, ensuring they are flavorful, nutritious, and presented attractively.
• Maintaining clean and inviting dining areas for our residents to enjoy their meals.
• Receiving and storing food supplies, ensuring proper inventory management.
• Keeping work areas clean and adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
• Washing dishes, pans, and utensils, ensuring they are clean and ready for use.
• Engaging with residents, family members, staff, and the community, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

To excel in this role, we are looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications:

• Physical ability to walk, bend, lift, push, pull, turn, stoop, and stretch comfortably.
• Comfortable unloading and stocking groceries at various heights and able to lift larger items up to 50 lbs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to follow instructions and remain calm during emergencies.
• Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with residents, staff, and family members.
