Member Specialist

Position Summary:

Distribute member services, manage checkout area, resolve member issues, promote products. Provide guidance on self‑service technology and handle payments, returns, refunds and exchanges according to company policies. Follow safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, handle merchandise safely, report unsafe situations, maintain entrance and exit areas, assist members, safeguard assets, maintain documentation and execute emergency response. Train associates on processes, new technology, program rollouts and continuous improvement.

Identify and report shrink and damages. Follow open door policy and company ethics. Complete work using resources, prioritize tasks, collaborate with managers and colleagues, adapt to change, communicate progress and identify improvement opportunities.

The hourly wage range is $20.00 to $28.00 per hour. The actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage. Additional compensation may be paid in premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
