Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team and communicate with team members;
Demonstrate knowledge of meat department operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment maintenance;
Prepare meat products according to established standards (cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming) and maintain product quality;
Leverage handheld technology to drive sales and assist members, adopting new tools as needed;
Maintain an orderly, clean, and member-ready area while complying with company policies and procedures.
