We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to sell our full line of floor covering products, including carpet, hardwood, vinyl, tile, and related materials.

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, designers, and commercial clients
• Prospect new customers and grow assigned territory
• Present products, pricing, and solutions to meet customer needs
• Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and close sales
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate orders and customer satisfaction
• Track sales activity and maintain customer records

• Proven experience in outside sales (flooring or construction industry preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Basic computer skills (CRM or estimating experience a plus)
