Job Overview
The Sleep Expert will elevate and enhance the customer’s in‑store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority and offering best‑in‑class products. The role supports mattress selling programs, utilizes digital tools, and promotes a seamless omnichannel environment that centers the customer.
Responsibilities- Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
- Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as a subject‑matter expert.
- Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
- Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, including resolving issues and sending delivery reminders.
- Maintain awareness of competition, advertisements, and services offered by competitors.
- Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
- Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds as required.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Current legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States required.
- Experience in a retail or customer‑facing role (preferred but not mandatory).

Competitive pay range of $64,000 – $78,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible leadership and individual‑contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company. Pay amount does not guarantee employment for any particular time.
