Greet customers entering or exiting the store with a warm smile and a loud, friendly greeting to promote a sense of control and security;
Monitor the entrance for the duration of each shift to reduce theft and other dishonest activities;
Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious subjects to the Manager on Duty;
Provide support in training associates on shortage reduction programs and processes;
Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to designated dress standards while using a radio and earpiece
