Family Support Specialist
Full-time Newington, CT, US
Responsibilities- Works in conjunction with the FFT FT Clinician to provide in‑home support services using an evidence‑based model.
- Responsible for case management, support, and acting as the bridge to other service providers.
- Conducts assessments.
- Implements treatment plans and completes other paperwork to support the treatment model.
- BA in Social Work, psychology, or another related human services degree.
