Warehouse Clerk​/Driver

Salary Grade:
The hourly pay range for this position is $20.00–$26.00, commensurate with experience, education, and other job‑related factors.

Reports to:

Warehouse Manager

This position works within the warehouse and as a driver.
Must have Class B CDL

• Service customers at the pick-up area and read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed, and/or shipped.
• Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for salespeople and customer traffic.
• Prepare parcels for UPS.
• Always organize warehouse and work area for orderliness.
• Conduct proper safety checks on the forklift daily.
• Adhere to all safety protocols in warehouse and office.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Check out the load and assemble the bill according to the trip order, noting discrepancies and maintaining required records and logs.
• Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s license (CDL) required.
• Comply with applicable CDL regulations in MA, CT, NY and NH.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and complete logs.
• Safely maneuver and control vehicles under various conditions.

Warehouse setting with some outdoor exposure. Uses standard office and warehouse equipment.

Regular use of hands, standing, walking, and lifting. Frequently lift up to 50 lbs, occasionally over 100 lbs with assistance.

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Local New England travel required.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license, must be at least Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Reliability and safety awareness.
• Prior warehouse and driving experience.
