As a Data Center Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering highly available, resilient, and reliable IT services across multiple locations.

• Lead daily operations maintaining performance and managing continuity across four networks in multiple locations.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure the health, security, and environmental components critical to operations.
• Drive efficient management and scaling of systems and infrastructure.
• Utilize observability tools and domain expertise to provide reliable and resilient services.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of related experience in data center operations or similar.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of Data Center Infrastructure Management, network management, and hardware maintenance.
• Security clearance level: TS/SCI.
• US citizenship required.
• Security+ certification required; CDCMP, CCNP, and ITIL certifications preferred.
• Enterprise IT certifications such as CompTIA Security+ CE.

Salary range: $136,000 – $184,000 (based on experience, location and contractual requirements).

Scheduled weekly hours: 40; travel required: less than 10%; telecommuting options: onsite; work location: USA, VA – Newington.
