Position: Business Analyst - Procurement & Logistics with Security Clearance
Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst - Procurement & Logistics to support a leading organization within the government services industry. The Business Analyst - Procurement & Logistics role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and experience supporting procurement workflows, asset lifecycle tracking, and vendor coordination. This position is onsite in Newington, VA and requires an active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities of the Business Analyst - Procurement & Logistics:
• Support procurement operations including purchase request creation, vendor coordination, and tracking requests through completion
• Assist with technology lifecycle management and asset tracking across enterprise systems
• Maintain accurate documentation, dashboards, and reporting using tools such as Confluence, Grafana, Service Now, and Microsoft Excel
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline procurement workflows and resolve operational challenges
• Support subcontract establishment processes to enable efficient program execution
• Analyze procurement data to identify trends and improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency
• Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail Qualifications of the Business Analyst - Procurement & Logistics:
• Bachelor's degree required
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain, or business analysis
• Hands-on experience with procurement workflows, purchase requests, and vendor coordination
• Familiarity with lifecycle management or asset tracking systems
• Proficiency in Confluence, Grafana, Service Now, Microsoft Excel, and related tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate procurement challenges
• Active TS/SCI clearance required Compensation for the Business Analyst - Procurement & Logistics includes:
• Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000
