The ideal candidate must have an ICC Certification, along with 1 year of experience as a building inspector or 3 years in construction. The role requires excellent verbal skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, and a valid California driver's license.

Competitive wages range from $29.21 to $32.22 per hour, including comprehensive benefits for full-time employees.
